Some families choose to keep their birth space small and intimate, and that choice deserves to be honored. Companion in Your Pocket offers you the steady presence of a doula—available via FaceTime, Zoom, phone, or text, without being physically in the room.

Whether you need a pep talk, reassurance, guidance on comfort measures, or help navigating a tough decision, I'm here when you need me. I will hold space from afar while you and your chosen team move through birth your way.

There are moments in this journey no one dreams of walking through, and yet, here you are. This support is for families navigating the unimaginable: the birth of a baby born asleep, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, IVF loss, or pregnancy loss at any stage.

You deserve care, compassion, and someone who knows how to hold this kind of grief. Someone who can help you navigate the medical moments while honoring the emotional and spiritual weight of what you're experiencing. You don't have to do this alone.
